Bring your story to life

Gary Phelps Communications can create cost-effective videos to complement your story - and provide valuable social media content for you to share with your customers, clients and audience.

A big name makes a big entrance

When Sutton Coldfield Business Improvement District wanted to boost footfall to the town centre, they turned to a big character to get results - Chomp, the world's most realistic Tyrannosaurus Rex. Working in parallel with a press campaign, our fun video helped build anticipation before his arrival on social media.

Giving pupils the VIP treatment

When Nether Stowe School, in Lichfield, was ready to unveil its impressive new sports hall, we saw an opportunity to celebrate the pupils too. So, we gave a handful of dedicated sporting students the first glimpse of the facilities as a reward for their hard work. The video was shared with the community across social media channels.

Driving home a great story

At The Arthur Terry School, students are involved in a remarkable project, which sees them not only build electric cars but race them against teams from other schools at major race tracks. We created a video which the school shared across its social media platforms to celebrate this innovative approach to learning and thank sponsors.

Celebrating a birthday bash

When Sutton Coldfield Grammar School for Girls celebrated its 90th birthday, staff decided to mark the occasion by attempting a fitting world record - by getting the largest amount of people wearing party hats in one place. Our cost-effective video captured the excitement of the day when the students filed into the school hall to make history.

Filming the Fairfax FAM

Fairfax Academy is north Birmingham's only 'FAM' - a Fully Accessible Mainstream school - with remarkable provision for pupils of all abilities. When the school added another new Paralympic sport to its curriculum, in the shape of wheelchair volleyball, we created a fun video to share on social media to illustrate the range of games on offer.

Uniting a fitness community

During lockdown, like so many fitness businesses our clients Freedom Bootcamp were forced to move online, helping their members exercise at home. We created simple, cost-effective videos to help members understand the huge variety of workouts available, and to introduce the trainers who would often lead classes from their own homes.

Introducing the Freedom Bootcamp lockdown trainers

To help Freedom Bootcamp's switch to online workouts, we created bitesize video clips to introduce each trainer, explain which classes they would be leading and capture a little about what made each one different.
